Does Brazil Butt Lift Have Cardio?
Will you get any kind of a cardio workout from the Brazil Butt Lift in home workout by Beachbody? Read the Brazil butt lift cardio review to find out.
There’s no doubt that the Brazil Butt Lift workout by Beachbody LLC is a popular in home workout. After all the prospects of getting a tighter, higher, sexier butt is just too enticing for most. But is the Brazil Butt Lift workout superficial and just hours on end of endless butt lifting moves? Does it include any cardio and if it does is it any good? These questions will be answered in the following article.
Cardio Axe Reviewed

Brazil Butt Lift is a very unique workout program, especially when compared to more traditional programs. That being said it’s far from ineffective. Just read the myriads of reviews online from real people who ordered the program on a whim and ended up pleasantly surprised. While not being a cardio workout there’s elements of cardio throughout every DVD. Your heart rate will go up into the anaerobic zone through each DVD, but only the “Cardio Axe” DVD is a true cardio workout.
Crdio Axe is basically a 30 minute long Brazilian style dance workout. You go through 4 different combos of dance moves that start off easy enough, but if you’re like me and not a natural born dancer the combos end up being quite complex the first time you try them. While I did feel like my heart rate was up quite a bit and I started sweating within the first 5 minutes, the complexity of the dance moves will be something I will have to practice several times before I feel confident enough to really get a lot out of the DVD. If you’re familiar with Latin dance styles like the Samba, Lambada, and international Samba you should do quite well. Otherwise you’ll be wondering what the hell you’re doing. But that’s ok, the next days soreness was worth the uncoordinated dancing on my part.
Cardio Axe Soreness
Pleasantly surprised I woke the next morning feeling sore, but not in the usual places you’d feel sore after a cardio workout. While most carido exercises focuses on the lower body, my Cardio Axe soreness appeared in unexpected places. I was sore in my abdominal areas, in particular my side abs nears my ribs from the top of my rib cage down to where love handles can begin to form. All of the muscles around my hips were sore as well, as well of course my legs and calves. All of this really impressed on me that “cardio” doesn’t have to be a lot of sweating and your heart rate being up. It can also be a workout that focuses on your midsection while being a serious calorie burn. And that’s exactly what the Brazil Butt Lift Cardio Axe DVD is!
